Well what a weekend! We spent last weekend food shopping for mine and my mum's joint party (me being 40, her 65 and retiring)... and spent most of the Saturday evening NOT eating much and catching up with our relatives, very lovely to see all of them, had a nice disco.
We are getting concerned about Bruce the ridgeback who seems to think it a good thing to cross dual carriageways, this one being the A5 near our home. It's like he needs to have a knock to stop him from ever doing it again! perhaps I went too far giving him confidence in being around cars & dustbin lorries to get him used to the sounds & smells. hey ho, I only hope he realises the danger.
Seedlings are coming on lovely, but still too frosty to put out, no I will have to plant on into bigger pots, or use the industrial toilet rolls I've been saving from work :-) waste not want not lol
Now if only I can stop Bruce from getting bored and chewing m pots.... my latest trick is mustard. Good, sharp Colemans mustard, spread onto anything plastic/Ridgeback height, shame Taylors Mustard left Newport Pagnell that was a lovely mustard. We've even lost Aston Martin site, now soon to be Tesco Martin's times they are a changin!
